A Kardashian never keeps anything under wraps. So with just about four weeks to go before her daughter is due, Kourtney Kardashian naturally chose a curve-hugging lace Diane von Furstenberg dress for her May 12 baby shower.

"The party was perfect," Kourtney, 33, tells Us Weekly of the fete at mom Kris Jenner's house. Sisters Kim, 31, and Khloe, 27, saw to every last pink detail. Says Kourtney, "I loved the flamingos and cotton candy!"

Kim's boyfriend, Kanye West, 34, was among the 70 guests wearing the required Hamptons-style finery, but Kourtney's son, Mason Disick, 2, was more starstruck by the three babies in attendance. "Babies are his new obsession!" says Kourtney.

He's not alone. "I have bought Kourt's daughter so many tutus," says Khloe. "All I want to do is dip my niece in glitter and put a tutu on her!"
